Return and Replacement Policy

At Homework Living, we strive to deliver top-quality furniture to our customers. However, please note the following regarding returns and replacements:

1. No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations:

   • Products purchased from Homework Living cannot be exchanged, canceled, or returned.
   • Once items are dispatched, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Quality Assurance:

   • Every item undergoes a thorough quality check by our professionals before shipment.
   • Customers are required to inspect the product upon delivery.

3. Reporting Damages or Defects:

   • If a product is defective or damaged, it must be reported to the delivery agent immediately.
   • Proof of the defect or damage must be provided and emailed to online@homeworkliving.in.

4. Product Dimensions:

   • Customers must ensure the product dimensions fit their entryways or hallways.
   • Replacement will not be provided for items that cannot fit through entryways.

5. Customer Inspection:

   • Customers should be present during delivery to inspect the product and ensure it meets expectations.

Warranty Policy

Homework Living provides the following warranty coverage for its furniture:

1. Warranty Details:

   • 1-Year Free Service: Covers specific defects..

2. Defects Covered Under Warranty:

   • Termites.
   • Beetles.
   • Checks and splits.

3. Exceptions:

   • Cracks or damage caused by moisture and temperature variations are not covered and will be charged under a Fee-For-Service (FFS).
   • Furniture exposed to direct sunlight or transported to areas with dry weather conditions may develop cracks.

1. • Doorstep Delivery Service

     We ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience with the following terms:

     1. Free Delivery Within Dubai Circle:

        • For customers located within the Dubai circle, delivery is free of charge.

     2. Delivery Charges for Other Locations:

        • Deliveries outside the Dubai circle may incur additional delivery charges.

     3. For Ground Floor Residences/Offices:

        • Products will be delivered to the doorstep.

     4. For Multi-Level Buildings:

        • Products will be placed in the building's secure lobby area after informing the security desk.

     5. Manpower for Furniture Placement:

        • Customers are responsible for arranging manpower to move furniture inside their premises.

     6. Size of Furniture:

        • Homework Living and our logistics partners are not responsible if the furniture does not fit through your entryways or home spaces.
